Sunrise to Sunset

From morning’s glow to evening’s calm,
I catch you in every move, a soothing balm.
Your dreams, a mystery, hard to unfold,
Maybe you’re living in a world, untold.

Sometimes, a friend joins, your joy is clear,
I’m glad to see you happy, far or near.
I like it when your smile takes its place,
Yet, often alone, I notice with a trace.

I’m a dad with kids, a husband strong,
Can’t be yours, in life’s sweet song.
But seeing you on that balcony each day,
Wishing loneliness would just fade away.
